Teaching is not easy

When I was younger, I saw my best teachers entering to the classroom and just continuing with the last class. Then I though being a good teacher was a mix of good acknowledge and experience. Nowadays, since I work in a high school, I think teaching is more difficult than that.

Preparing classes’ material for long time, many teachers’ meetings, correcting hundred of quizzes and assignments and some friends’ conversations with the students are only some aspects of the job.

In order to prepare not only good students but also good persons, it is very important to include the eight dimensions of the integral formation: communicative, cognitive, affective, ethical, political, spiritual, corporal and aesthetics with activities inside and out of the classroom.

While I was in high school, my classmates were very naughty and that was one of my fears. However, during these three years working in high school I had not had this problem.
Now, as a good teacher, I had to learn about Pedagogy, laws, planning, oral and written communication, ethics and psychology; and I can really say teaching is not easy.
